1. Membership Service Description
WhisperTranscribe.ai provides high-precision AI transcription services designed to help individuals and businesses process audio and video content more efficiently. Our services include:
- High-accuracy audio-to-text functionality;
- Support for transcription in multiple languages;
- Support for various file formats such as video, meeting recordings, and more;
- Custom formatting options, including timestamps and paragraph division;
- Support for large files (up to 5GB);
- Flexible export options (such as TXT, DOC, PDF, SRT, etc.);
- Advanced features such as speaker recognition to help you transcribe and analyze multi-speaker content more accurately.
2. Membership Charges and Pricing
Based on the latest subscription plans, we offer both Monthly and Annual billing options. The pricing is as follows:
Monthly Subscription
- Pro Monthly:
$16.99/month (includes 1,200 transcription minutes)
- Business Monthly:
$29.99/month (includes 6,000 transcription minutes)
Annual Subscription
- Pro Annual (Save 51%):
$99.99/year (equivalent to $8.33/month, includes 14,400 transcription minutes)
- Business Annual (Save 33%):
$239.88/year (equivalent to $19.99/month, includes 72,000 transcription minutes)
All prices are listed in USD and may vary slightly depending on regional factors. Subscription fees are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle and will renew based on the plan you selected.
3. Pay-As-You-Go Add-On
In addition to your subscription plan, you can purchase extra transcription time at any time:
Pay-As-You-Go Package
- 5 hours for $9.99
- No purchase limits — you may buy as many packages as you need
- Each package comes with a 1-year validity period
You can use your subscription minutes first, and then extend your usage anytime with add-on packages for maximum flexibility.
4. How to Cancel Automatic Renewal
If you wish to cancel automatic renewal or end your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your WhisperTranscribe.ai account;
- Go to the Account Settings page;
- Find the Subscription Management section, click to enter the subscription management interface, and cancel the subscription.
